Shipping Methods

Regular orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Made to order items may take up to 3 weeks to ship. I ship packages through USPS Priority Shipping/ First Class and you will be provided with a tracking number via email.  We also have an option for worldwide shipping!

 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, unless your order arrived damaged due to mishandling through the shipping process. If that does happen, please email me at  coppermagoliadesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package (photographs must be provided).

Any refunds will be provided at my discretion

If for some reason a piece you have purchased is accidentally broken, I invite you to contact me via email so we can arrange for it to be fixed. Fees may apply.
